1. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful cold-email infrastructure. You are solely responsible for the messages you send and must comply with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where relevant). You must not use the Service to send unlawful spam, phishing, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.

Site mirroring. You may only mirror a website that you own or are licensed to serve, and you must verify control of that domain before mirroring it. You must not use mirroring to impersonate a person or brand, pass a third party's site off as your own, or serve content without the right to do so. We may require re-verification of domain control and will suspend mirroring for domains whose control can no longer be confirmed.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Domains and payments

Domain registrations initiated through the Service are real purchases made on your behalf and are generally non-refundable once completed. Where paid plans are offered, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.

4. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific deliverability outcomes, or that any domain will avoid blacklisting.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxamail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or deliverability, arising from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
